GameSearch-AI will analyze up to 5 properties side-by-side, score them, and give you a definitive ranking on where you should spend your valuable time.
Every property has its pros and cons. One piece of public land might have fantastic bedding cover, but terrible access that blows your wind into the bedding area. Another might be easily accessible but lack the necessary food sources for the current season.
The Land Comparison tool evaluates multiple properties against a species-specific scorecard. Rather than just giving you points of interest on a single map, the AI analyzes the relative value of each property. It looks at topography, cover, access routes, and current weather, and directly pits the properties against each other to crown a winner.
We've built a streamlined workflow in the app to make setting up a comparison easy. Just head over to the Land Compare tab on the sidebar to get started.
Just like a standard analysis, you'll first select your target species (e.g., White-tailed Deer, Elk, Turkey). Next, you'll define your hunt parameters. Are you shed hunting? Do you need a spot close to the road? What time of day and month are you hunting? These parameters influence how the AI will rank the properties at the end of the analysis.
This is where the magic happens. In the new Comparison Setup step, you define the properties you want to compare. You can add up to 5 distinct areas.
- Add Areas: Search for an address or coordinates, draw a boundary around the property using the map tools, and add it to your comparison list.
- Visual Confirmation: Each area you add shows up as a beautifully designed card with a satellite preview, so you know exactly which properties are lined up for the showdown.
- Custom Context: You can provide specific notes for each property. Know that a specific road is closed? Add a note so the AI is aware!
Once you have between 2 and 5 properties ready, hit RUN COMPARISON.
When you submit a comparison, GameSearch-AI acquires a bunch of data about the land in question. For each property, our servers simultaneously stitch together 4 different map layers: Satellite, Terrain (Topography), Street (Access), and LiDAR (Elevation Hillshade). This costs 3 credits per area, as our program is essentially analyzing each piece of land.
All of this data—along with the weather forecast, prevailing winds, and your custom notes—is bundled up and sent to our advanced AI models. The AI evaluates each property against a rigid scorecard for your target species (scoring things like bedding, feeding, and access stealth from 0 to 100).
The AI doesn't just give you a bunch of data; it synthesizes it into an actionable plan:
- Individual Audits: A detailed breakdown of why each property is or isn't attractive.
- The Best Spot: The AI identifies the single highest-probability anchor point (like a stand or blind location) on each property.
- Definitive Ranking: The AI is forced to rank the properties from 1st to last, with no ties allowed, explaining exactly why the winner beat the others.
Want to tweak some things, or understand what the AI is thinking? Just like our standard analysis, you can chat directly with the AI about the comparison results. Discuss which would be the best for different hunting styles, or notify the AI of a discovery about the terrain that it didn't take into account before.
